Who we are

I founded this business to support my women friends frustrated by body changes they could not control and workouts that lead to injury or stress.

I get it. I’m Pam Moore, a NE Denver resident since 1995.

I have grey hair, am post-menopausal and also have more lean muscle and energy than I did in my 20s.

I can share my own experience as well as insights from study and credentialing in fitness training.

Our model is set up to give you ultimate flexibility. I’ll show you how to move safely, share detailed, customized workouts in a free app, and you can do them at a time and place that works for you.

My background

I have a PhD in Comparative and Women’s Studies. My work included research on how bodybuilding disrupts the ways we think about female bodies. This turned into a book project, Building Bodies, published by Rutgers University Press.

Moving on from academics, I spent nearly 30 years in corporate and executive roles, primarily with media and trade show businesses on either coast and in the UK. I oversaw editorial teams working on clinical journals such as Psychiatric Times and Diagnostic Imaging, helped market and organize trade shows for medical device designers, folks in advanced manufacturing, physicians and the legal cannabis business.

After selling a business and juggling work with caretaking for parents, I resigned, and committed myself to the fitness industry, aligning work with what I most enjoy and my need to help others.
