In-Person - Option 1

Accountability, personal attention

  • Complete, initial, in-person assessment

  • Goal setting

  • 60-minute, 1:1 sessions (Location at Montview and Dallas St, Aurora, near Stanley Marketplace.)

  • Have a friend join you for cost savings, if you have shared goals and compatible schedules

  • Accountability, safety and technique improvement with every workout

  • Fully customized workouts to fit your goals and work around limitations.

  • Workouts can include only strength training or a mix of strength, cardiovascular conditioning, balance, and flexibility based on your goals and interests.

In-Person - Option 2

Everything in Option 1, plus:

  • Free, In-Body Scan when you start and every 90 days to measure body composition changes.

  • Free, initial nutrition consultation.

  • Access to workout on your own during gym hours in addition to personal training sessions.

  • Formal goal reviews every 45 days.

  • Additional coaches for maximum flexibility.

  • Join a vibrant, healthy community.

  • Option 2 available only at Colfax Strength and Fitness, located at Colfax and Emerson.

Solo

Ultimate flexibility in when & where you workout.

  • Complete, initial, in-person assessment

  • Goal setting

  • One, in-person training session per month. Focus on safety and form for programmed movements. (Location at Montview and Dallas St, Aurora, near Stanley Marketplace.)

  • Customized workouts for the month delivered via free app to complete on your own in your gym or local rec center. The app includes how-to videos and notes from your coach.

  • Workouts can include only strength training or a mix of strength, cardiovascular conditioning, balance, and flexibility based on your goals and interests.
